Hello! I'm Aubrey Whitfield - a platinum and gold selling British Music Producer, Songwriter and Mix Engineer based in London and Sheffield. I'm originally from Liverpool!
I have over 20 years experience as a producer and songwriter; having worked with a diverse array of artists including The Shires, Little Mix, Kelly Clarkson, J-Fla, George Shelley (Union J) and Simon Webbe (Blue). To date, I have produced over 500 independent artists.
Songs I have written and produced have entered the Top 40 charts in over 12 countries, generating millions of streams worldwide.
I'm also a writer/composer for TV and film, and I am a regular writer for Universal, BMG, EMI/Extreme/KPM and my songs have been featured in numerous Netflix shows such as Love is Blind, Love Never Lies, Love Island, Traitors and popular soap operas Coronation Street, Hollyoaks and Neighbours. My music has been used in adverts such as Tampax and Film 4. In 2022, I honoured to be a mentor for new female writers/producers at Universal Production Music UK.
Over the years I have grown a thriving community of music producers and artists on my social media (Instagram, TikTok) where I provide education and tips on music production and mixing. I also design and teach online masterclasses and courses on music producing, mixing and vocal production which I run regularly throughout the year.
I am also honoured to be an ambassador, featured artist and/or endorsed by the following music tech companies: Warm Audio, Ollo Audio, Black Rooster, Waves Audio, Plugin Boutique, ROLI, Lewitt Audio, Cableguys and Nugen Audio.
I work out of my studio which is currently based in Sheffield, Yorkshire. I spend my time between Sheffield and London.
In 2025 I won an SME Business Award for 'Best Music Production & Mixing Specialist - London' for my experience, skills and credits as a music producer and mix engineer.
In 2020, I was included on the Alternative Power List.

Nestled in the charming surroundings of Sheffield, UK, my recording studio offers a prime location adjacent to the gorgeous Peak District.
My state-of-the-art studio includes world-class analogue hardware, such a hybrid SSL (Solid State Logic) set-up, and top-tier production and mixing software, microphones, pre-amps and instruments.
I frequently journey to London for studio sessions and meetings.
