Mixing is an incredibly important part of the music production process - it make an amateur mix sound professional, it can bring the whole song to life with energy, colour, vibrancy and polish.
And you're in safe hands with me... I've won awards for my mixing, I'm a 10x Gold Certified producer and mix engineer with major label and artist credits. Additionally, I have a large following on social media and run regular mixing courses where I teach music producers all about modern mixing. So I have bags of experience in mixing. And most of the time I can make a song sound like a radio-ready chart topping professional track.
GET THAT INCREDIBLE ANALOGUE SOUND
Every mix I work on will go through my incredible sounding hybrid SSL (Sold State Logic) analogue system which will give your mixes that highly sought after analog warmth, sheen and polish. Your track will also be mixed via a top level monitoring system and tested on a range of devices to ensure that your track sounds good everywhere. I also own a huge range of mixing plugins that will bring the best out in your tracks and make them sound the same quality as those in the top music charts.
I am experienced in mixing all genres of music, including Chart Pop, Hip-Hop, EDM, Singer-Songwriter, Folk, Rock, Indie & Metal.
PRO-LEVEL MASTERING INCLUDED
For every mix I do, I also master the song as well. Mastering is the final stage of the music production process, and it's purpose is to ensure that your track translates well on ANY playback device from headphones, laptop speakers and hi-fi speakers, to in the club, or in the car. It's also where your track gets its commercial loudness levels and final polish to make it sound like a finished track. Whilst I include mastering for free as part of my mixing service, you can also get an unmastered version of the mix if you'd prefer to get the track mastered by a different mastering engineer. Whilst most of my mixing work is for Record Labels and Publishers, I do have a select number of slots available each month for independent artists who are not on a label.

I will make your mix sound as good as mixes in the charts and will deliver high quality mixes.. I can work off your reference tracks and rough mix to ensure you get the mix you want
Additional versions at no extra cost
As well as the main mix, I will provide an instrumental version of your mix as well. If you need another print - such as an acoustic version or a stripped back version - let me know! Most of the time I can print these without additional costs, unlike major mix studios
Includes Free Mastering
Mastering is included in your service for no additional cost. You'll get that polished, ready for release sound that will meet commercial loudness standards, with optimisation for streaming. Your track will sound great on every sound device. Want to get your track mastered somewhere else? That's cool! I can provide unmastered files as well mastered files - just ask!
Unlimited Revision Rounds
Need to make some changes to the mix? This is a totally normal part of the mixing process and, usually, we'll get the mix nailed in 3 revisions or less. But if we need to do more revisions to get it right - we will! Lady Gaga's Just Dance had 17 revision rounds!
World Class Studio
Your mix will be mixed in my state-of-the-art mixing studio. Your mixes will go through my incredible sounding SSL analog system so your tracks will have that gorgeous analog warmth, punch and glue. I own the top plugins in the industry and have a brilliant moitoring system with Adam Audio monitors and Avatone Pro Cubes and world renowned Yamaha NS10s
7-10 day turnaround
Book in your mix via the order form below and receive your mix in 7-10 days. Sometimes it will be quicker than this, sometimes a little longer depending on current workloads. I will always discuss the delivery timetable in advance with you and do my very best to ensure any deadlines are met

MIXING FEES
If you are an independent artist not signed to a record label, then my fee for mixing services is just £395 per track (for record labels I charge £1,000 per track). This includes mastering and unlimited revisions until we get your track sounding perfect! This also includes the free printing of any versions you need (instrumental, live version etc). Most mix engineers charge extra for printing additional mix versions but I see no valid reason for charging for something that will only take minutes!

Professional-level fine-tuning and pitch correction of lead vocals, and backing vocals using Melodyne
All vocals are pitch corrected using Melodyne, then aligned to ensure all vocals are singing in time and sync, and vocal clean-up incl. removal of pops, clicks, mouth noises, headphone bleed, hum, noise etc
